Juggling Therapy  is a FUN clinical approach to improving one's mental, emotional and of course physical well-being.  It is form of "Movement Meditation" that  works to balance both hemispheres of the brain (right brain & left brain) to improve motor-skill functions, reading, writing, creativity,  self-esteem, self-confidence, self-motivation, focus on tasks, multi-tasking. It can help combat and prevent the development of Anxiety, Alzheimer's, depression and a host of other mental and emotional diseases.

One can use juggling to learn how to break big problems into smaller ones and smaller steps. It can be used in math, in story telling and a host of other school projects.

It is a CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE that is actually fun to do, and is very safe for the joints of the body! It increases blood flow not just in the limbs but to your brain.

Juggling is a Neuromuscular phenomenon! Muscle has memory, and as the body learns to juggle, it memorizes space, and timing of where the objects must be.  As you can see from the videos, any age can start  learning to juggle! There is no age limit! There are many types of juggling skills that people can learn. All things that seemed impossible before, soon seem very much possible! Juggling expands the mind beyond your previous limits! This carries into other events and roadblocks in your life!


Many people think they are too old, too young, too uncoordinated. the truth is, you don't need coordination to start, BUT! You WILL start to develop it!

Juggling Therapy Program - You will receive 4 1-hour sessions -  Our program  is actually teaching you the basic patterns of juggling and letting you learn at your own pace! We then turn from teacher to coach, so that when you need a "pick-me-up" we'll give you that encouragement to keep practicing. We can watch your methods, make sure you are progressing. If you have problems such as the balls fly all over the place, we will guide you in correcting these habits. We will also watch your posture and biomechanics so you do not pick up bad habits.

The 4 -1hour sessions allows us to track your improvement and learning process and make adjustments along the way. We will spend time with you. We want you to have fun, if you are not having fun, you won't want to continue to practice!

Once we feel you have learned this skill enough to continue on your own, it is up to you to keep practicing at home and using it for beneficial purposes. We will also direct you to some resources that you can use to get in touch with people in the area you can practice with.

This will be an extra expense, based on how many participants. I have a source that I work with to supply bean bag sets, that will also offer educational discounts.  I'm not interested in making a profit on storing and selling your group beanbags, I'm interested in teaching the workshop.
